I take the time to get as much information about your past experiences with nutrition and training, so that I can truly see what your body may be needing to reach your goals.
Along with a nutritional guidance, I am also here to celebrate the "Mini-Goals" and the "Non-Scale Weight" VICTORIES! Often times people get so wrapped up on the end result, that they often get discouraged. I make sure to have big goals/end result, but also small or "mini” goals. This allows for feelings of achievement along the journey! You will always have my support!
